HEAD COACH/OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR

Coach Techtmann enters his 7th season as head coach and offensive coordinator at CEC with this his 2nd tenure following his 1991-1993 as head coach. A 1972 graduate from Bishop Egan HS, was a member of the 1969 City Championship team as well as the 1970 Catholic League Champions. Coach Techtmann began his coaching career in 1976 at Archbishop Wood under former Egan grad Skip Duffy as defensive coordinator and defensive back coach. From 1983-1989 Coach Techtmann was offensive coordinator for Neshaminy HS under his former High School coach Dick Bedesem. Coach Techtmann also served as offensive coordinator at Archbishop Wood, Council Rock, and Council Rock South. Coach Techtmann's father was an assistant coach for Bisop Egan, Villanova, Neshaminy, and Delaware Valley College under Dick Bedesem. Coach Techtmann resides in Levittown with his wife Denise who is a 1972 graduate from Bishop Conwell HS. They have 4 children all whom have graduated from Conwell-Egan HS, Nicole (1997), Colleen (1999), Lauren (2002), and Kyle (2013).

ASSISTANT HEAD COACH/DEF. COORDINATOR/OFF. LINE

JIM JENKINSON

Coach Jenkinson enters his 12th season with CEC. Prior to becoming the defensive coordinator in 2012, and offensive line coach in 2015, he coached the receivers. Before arriving at CEC, Coach Jenkinson coached at Neshaminy HS from 1999-2005. During his time there, Neshaminy HS won The PIAA 4A State Championship in 2001 and was The PIAA State runner up in 2004 while compiling 3 Surburban - 1 Championships. While coaching the running backs, Coach Jenkinson had the opportunity to coach the 2001 4A player of the year in Jamar Brittingham. Coach Jenkinson is a 1990 graduate from Penn St. and currently resides in Levittown with his wife Liz and two daughters who are CEC graduates, Emily (2010) and Jamie (2013) as well as a number of pets that keep him occupied outside of football.

ASSISTANT COACH - RUNNING BACKS/LINEBACKERS

JOHN MASCIONE

Coach Mascione enters his 7th season with CEC coaching the running backs and linebackers. Coach Mascione has also previously coached at St. Mikes Youth Football Organiztion for 10 years. He is a 1980 graduate from Maple Point HS where he played varsity football for all 3 years as a running back and punter. He holds the record for most rushing yards in a single season at Maple Point HS and received All-Area Honors in his Senior season. Coach Mascione was inducted into The Neshaminy Sports Hall Of Fame in 1992. He currently resides in Levittown with his wife Bethanie and their 2 sons who both are Conwell-Egan HS graduates, Johnryan (2010) and Dustin (2014).

MERDIC GREEN

Coach Green enters his 4th season with CEC coaching the defensive backs after spending the past 14 seasons coaching at George School and two stints at Truman HS. Coach Green is a 1985 graduate of Truman HS where he was a 3-sport athlete and All-Suburban at RB-LB. He played in The Big 33 Game and earned a scholarship to West Virginia University for football. He is also a member of The Bristol Township Sports Hall Of Fame. Coach Green currently resides in Levittown and has 6 children; Jazmen, Lashea, Merdic, Aaliyah, Thayleah, and Daniel (CEC Class or 2017) who plays football and basketball.

TONY DRAGANI

Coach Dragani enters his 3rd season with CEC.

ASSISTANT COACH - WIDE RECEIVERS/TIGHT ENDS

PETE DRAGANI

Coach Dragani enters his 3rd season with CEC coaching the wide receivers and tight ends. He started his coaching career 17 years ago with The Bucks County Bears Youth Organization from 2000-2014 where he served as an offensive coordinator and special teams coach on 7 championship teams. He served as freshman coach at Bensalem High School from 2004-2005 where they went 20-0. He then coached at the varsity level there from 2006-2008 & 2010-2012 as running backs and defensive backs coach. He and his wife Jayme currently reside in Bensalem.
